MOVE Monday is a virtual cardio workout led by Ashley Loewe. Ashley will be leading a 30-minute cardio workout that will alternate between low and high-intensity cardio exercises with core moves mixed within. There will be no equipment required, and modifications will be provided. About Ashley: Ashley is a mom to two beautiful kids, a wife, and teacher and fitness coach. Ashley found fitness after a car accident, which left her with a broken back, eleven years ago. Since then, she has learned the incredible healing power that movement and nutrition have on mental and physical health.
