Diversity 101- 1.5 hour

This training will explain how you can positively impact the community and the individuals you serve. Addressing the importance of being inclusive or involving people from a range of different social and ethnic backgrounds and of different genders and sexual orientation. How to facilitate positive intergroup interaction, reduce prejudice and discrimination,  and generally teach individuals who are different from others how to work together effectively.
