Diversity 101

This training will explain how you can positively impact the community and the individuals you serve—addressing the importance of being inclusive or involving people from various social and ethnic backgrounds and different genders and sexual orientations. How to facilitate positive intergroup interaction, reduce prejudice and discrimination, and generally teach individuals who are different from others how to work together effectively. This training is open to any victim serving professional or an individual looking to learn more about diversity.
