Life After Trauma: An Adult Female Therapy Group
May 23, 2022 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
One of the bridges between a traumatic event and healing is community.
Join us in a small group of 8-10 people as we look at how to make sense of it all, how to have a voice in powerful emotions, and rebuild trust. Each group will be an opportunity to be in a space with people who get it. Whether you share or just listen, your experience and presence are valuable.
Group dates: April 11 to May 30. We will meet each Monday from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.
The deadline to register is April 4, 2022.
