What Our Volunteers Say
Trevor C., Volunteer
“As a future social worker, some of the skills I have developed in my time at the RCC I am certain I will use for many years to come.”
Stephanie L., Volunteer
“Volunteering at the RCC has been nothing short of amazing. Not only do I get to be there for others, but I also learn so much from the people that I help. The many elements I take away from every situation is unique and pushes me to be better in an assertive manner while inserting compassion.”
Amanda P., Volunteer
“Volunteering at The Rape Crisis Center prepared me for my future as a counselor!”

Sexual violence can shatter the very core of a person, leaving long-lasting effects on physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. In this blog post, we will explore the effects of sexual violence and provide guidance on finding the right help and support to manage these effects.
